1. During the planning phase, we dream together. We will work with you as you share your needs and vision, we will get to know you and your needs to configure audio, video, and lighting system to best serve you.

2. Once we’ve established your needs and goal, we will discuss options and continually refine the equipment list and budget until we come up with the perfect solution that hits all the marks of performance and price. We will create a proposal and will personally present our solutions.

3. Once the proposal is accepted, we will create a plan and complete the system integration based on a proposed plan.

4. When the system integration is completed, we will provide you with training on all systems.

5. It is in our best interest to and hopefully yours as well to protect your investment. We can provide maintenance package to have check-ups based on agreed time.
